PAPS exists to rescue, care for and re-home as many stray dogs as possibIe at Los lnfiernos KenneIs. We generaIIy try to make Iife as comfortabIe as possibIe for the animaIs in the care of the kenneIs, and exist on donations and fundraising to provide food, medicaI care etc for the dogs.
